On booking, a full payment is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation at least 14 days before event: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 14 days before event: 0% refund.

Yes, all live station bookings come with a standard booth design that is free of charge. The standard design can vary from time to time and The Orijean reserve all rights to vary the booth design without prior notice to the clients. Customisation of booth design is available with additional cost applicable.

Each terrarium will have 1 air plant. Further request can be made, with additional charges applicable.

Ideally, set aside a space of 2.4m x 1.8m for our live station booth. Some other factors that you may like to take into your consideration while setting designating a spot for the live booth are:

1. Amount of space for guests to queue up
2. Flow of crowd during the event

We will inform you of the left over terrariums (if any) after the event. These terrariums will be kept at our workshop for you to self collected later. Do note that self collection has to be made within 1 week from the event date.
