Delivery & Collection

How will my order reach me?

You can choose to either self collect your order or have it delivered to you.

Self Collection
Day/Time: Wednesday (7.30 – 8.00pm), Sunday (10.30 – 11.00am)
Location: MyVillage (Serangoon Gardens, 1 Maju Ave S556679）

Note: Collection is by appointment only. The Orijean only operates online at www.theorijean.com; the venue stated above is only a collection point.

Delivery Services
Day/Time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (10am – 6.00pm)

Note: All orders will be delivered by our in-house courier services. Orders without terrariums/bouquets will be delivered at the earliest available delivery slot (Usually take 3 – 7 working days). For orders with terrariums/bouquets; you will be able to select the delivery dates at the checkout page.

Fees & Schedules

Delivery Services
Day/Time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (10am – 6.00pm)

Delivery charges (Zone A – $5 and Zone B – $10) for a one time door-to-door delivery depends on the delivery address. Once you have entered the delivery address, the delivery charges will be calculated automatically. In the event of a no answer during delivery, re-delivery request is available at additional charges.

Self Collection
Day/Time: Wednesday (7.30 – 8.00pm), Sunday (10.30 – 11.00am)

There are no charges for self-collection. In the event of a no show during self-collection, buyer will need to schedule another appointment at additional charges.

Do my succulents come potted?

All succulents come potted in regular pre-mixed soil.

Is there a minimum order quantity for succulents?

Purchase of succulents has a minimum quantity of 5 pieces required. Mix and match is possible.

Do I get to choose specific succulents?

All succulents supplied are specially sourced or grew by The Orijean; quality check has been conducted prior to delivery or self collection. Simply make order for your preferred succulent type and have them delivered to you!

How do I care for the succulents?

Water the succulents once every week. It is good to let the soil dry out once in a while. Do not water directly on to the plants but water near the roots instead.

Can I place my succulents indoors?

Yes, you may place your succulents indoors, preferably near a window where there is some sunlight and an airy breeze. However, the succulents are also suitable for an office environment with artificial light. You may also place your succulents outdoors under a shelter where it will not get any rain.
